Based in Boston, Jessia Arielle Bloch-Moisand is the Creative Producer at West End Lyric. She has created, organized, and performed in works such as La Commedia, The Joys of Music, and more! Jessica is also the founder of a collaborative company, Bloch Performing Arts Inc., which is in the process of commissioning a new song cycle, “We Will Outlive Them… Letters to Rivka from Galicia” by local Boston composer, Quinn Gutman. The first piece of the cycle has now premiered with the Boston Festival of New Jewish Music and opened for VOICES Boston in the spring of 2021 and 2023 respectively, and the full cycle is set to premier with West End Lyric in 2024!

Bloch Performing Arts is also home to Jessica’s private studio, The Bloch Voice Studio. She has been on the faculty of many music organizations, including the Austria Summer Music Festival and the New England Conservatory’s Preparatory School. Her experience as a performer and teacher provides a unique take on arts administration and leadership.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Music with an Italian minor from Florida State University, a Performance Certificate, and her Master’s in Music in Vocal Performance from The University of Connecticut.
